New Service Launches

We are pleased to announce the launch of our first service, TooSmallFor.Me. TooSmallFor.Me is a website geared towards parents looking to buy, sell and/or trade new and used children's goods.

Designed around the same concept as other popular classifieds websites, only listings related to children in some way are permitted. Membership is free, with users permitted to post an unlimited amount of listings with a 30 day lifespan.

The site was developed to meet a personal need, and we hope that others find it useful as well for finding some great deals.

FlySwatter Updated

We have updated FlySwatter, our bug and issue tracking software, to version 1.1. This is mainly a maintenance release, with improved performance and bug fixes. It is available for download from our products page.

Application Updates

We have completed testing of Google Contact Sync against BlackBerry OS versions 4.2, 4.3 and 4.6. The application has been functioning normally as tested against these versions in the simulators provided by Research In Motion.

We have also released a new desktop application called Multimedia Mixer. This app will automatically shuffle audio, videos and photos, creating a one-off slideshow with background audio and the option for playback of random video clips. Originally developed for use in busy restaurants and night clubs, it can easily be adapted for use in any situation where a truly unique mulimedia experience is desired.

Google Contact Sync Issues

A few people have been experiencing issues with our Google Contact Sync application for BlackBerry devices. We are currently working on testing the application with various devices (including the new Bold), and hope to have an updated release out in the near future.

Google Contact Sync For BlackBerry Devices

We have been working diligently on our first product for BlackBerry devices, Google Contact Sync. It's available today for download over-the-air @ conceptcache.com/dist/gcs

As you may be able to tell by the name, Google Contact Sync allows you to sync your BlackBerry address book to your GMail or Google Hosted contacts and vice versa. This process was previously tedious at best, having to export your Google contacts, import them into your email application and finally sync your device through the desktop manager. Google Contact Sync condenses these three steps into one, and allows you to do it wirelessly. Much like our other products, this application is available to the community free of charge, so enjoy and please let us know if you have any comments and/or suggestions regarding Google Contact Sync or any of our other products.

New Facebook Application

We are pleased to announce the release of our first Facebook application, Scheduled Status Updater, which allows you to schedule your status updates for any time up to one week in advance.

As this is our foray into the Facebook application world, we welcome any comments and/or suggestions you may have regarding the app. We also welcome and suggestions for new applications, as we believe this is a platform that will continue to grow well into the future.

Concept Cache is proud to announce the launch of our new website, in addition to our first web application, FlySwatter. It's a very exciting time for us, and we hope you'll share in our enthusiasm through the use of our services and free applications, including FlySwatter.

FlySwatter is a bug and issue management system built on our own web application platform, Particle Board. Focused on ease of use and accessibility, it offers many features such as customized RSS feeds that facilitate instant access to issues that are most important to the end user. With separate simplified views for iPhone and BlackBerry users, as well as instant updates via Twitter, connectivity is ensured from almost anywhere.
